Cash back is provided in form of direct L$ payout from Alexis Crisp and equivalent to 10% of what the referred party has paid on their rental meter within the first 24 hours only.

† LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT GUARANTEE: Your satisfaction is guaranteed with Crisp Estates. If you don't absolutely love your new land, we'll give you a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of renting your land. Due to the amount of staging and care we take to prepare our lands/re-stage our lands, we reserve the right to limit the "Love It Guarantee" to once per week, per avatar. If however, you have more than one issue causing you to be dissatisfied with your land in one week, please let a Manager know and we will relocate you (transfer your rent) at an equal or lesser property for no additional transfer fee to make things right.
